Planned gifts to St. John’s Hospital Foundation are a way to make a philanthropic investment to support patient-centered clinical excellence and community wellness even after your lifetime. Your gift enables St. John’s to continue the legacy of leadership and care for future generations. We can help you find a charitable plan that fits your goals.
By making a planned gift to our organization, you may be able to provide yourself and your family with valuable tax benefits; there are numerous planned giving opportunities:
- Charitable lead trusts
- Charitable remainder trusts
- Gifts of retirement plans/IRAs
- Gifts of life insurance policies
- Gifts of real estate
Please contact Foundation President, John Goettler, or your financial planner to discuss options that meet your estate planning and philanthropic needs.

Recognizing Planned Giving in support of St. John’s Hospital Foundation
The Sullivan Society is named in honor of Pike Sullivan who generously supported St. John’s Home Health & Hospice in his estate.
The Sullivan Society was established to acknowledge individuals who have included SJHF in their estate plans and have named SJHF as a beneficiary (revocably or irrevocably) in their will, life insurance, charitable gift annuity, charitable trust, or similar vehicle. Individuals who include SJHF in their estate plans and make their intentions known to the Foundation are invited to membership in the Sullivan Society.
