Patrick Trucco

Patrick Trucco

Patrick Trucco first came to Wyoming in 1966 when his mother Anni Trucco Magnuson brought her seven children to Jackson and had the foresight to purchase land in Wilson. The family built their home and spent summer and winter vacations in Wilson.  In 1975 they made Wyoming their permanent home, Patrick worked on many local ranches and businesses throughout the valley for many years.

Patrick’s interest in Teton County began after graduating from college when he was a volunteer at the C-V ranch and coached in the Special Olympics. While employed as a ski instructor for Pepi Steigler, Patrick lived in Jackson until a career in the financial industry called him to Chicago. Patrick has served a variety of roles in the financial services industry, and returned to Jackson in 2011 to lead the RMB Capital firm. Patrick currently serves on the board of Teton Literacy and as a volunteer at the Animal Adoption center.  As well as helping with other local charities including the Dick Jennings memorial run where RMB is an anchor sponsor.

Patrick’s parents Ann and Pete Magnuson along with three of his siblings and several nephews and nieces still reside in the valley. With four generations living in Wyoming, Patrick is committed to preserving and developing the quality of life and opportunities for current residents and future generations. Having seen the changes throughout Teton County going on five decades it is important to have a consistent voice and vision for the future of our community. Having been a frequent visitor/patient since the 70’s, Patrick has seen the great strides and improvements that St. John’s has undergone. He believes there is an even brighter future and opportunity to create one of the top regional medical and assisted care facilities, not only in Wyoming, but nationally.

Patrick has been a Director of St. John’s Hospital Foundation since January 2018.
