Kay serves as the Chairman of Jackson Hole at First Western Trust Bank. Kay is responsible for growing and maintaining client relationships in the areas of wealth planning, investment management, private banking, and trust and estate planning across the state. She has over 28 years of investment management experience to First Western Trust. She served as Senior Wealth Advisor and Vice President managing the Jackson office at RMB Capital Management in Chicago. Prior to RMB, she served as Founding Partner of Sebring Capital Corporation, a national financial services company founded in partnership with the Staubach Company. She served as Senior Vice President of the Staubach Company and Wolverine Equities. Prior to the Staubach Company, she served as a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Group in New York. She served as Chairman of Sebring Capital Corporation. Kay has lived in Jackson for 26 years. She is very passionate about Fly Fishing and serves on the board of directors for the Henry’s Fork Foundation and American Rivers. She serves as Co-Chair of Stripping For A Cure fly fishing event which supports the Women’s Health Care Fund at St. John’s Hospital Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University.
Kay has been a Director of St John’s Hospital Foundation since January 2015.
