Run and Ride

runnride-featJoin in a fun—and worthy—community race for all ages and athletic abilities. Help Phil Leeds, his team at Skinny Skis, and so many other generous race-day volunteers raise money for the St. John’s Hospital Foundation’s Cancer Patient Support Fund which assists cancer patients in our community who need help. This year, participate in a 5K run and 15K bike ride by yourself or with a team. Or, enter the feel-good non-competitive fun class. And bring the kids, too, for a special race all their own!

Start/Finish: Wilson School

Course: Out and back along the scenic Fish Creek Rd. (5km run, 15km cycle)

Divisions: Women’s Individual, Men’s Individual, Women’s Team, Men’s Team and Mixed Team, Fun Class (non-time), Junior Team and Junior Individual (12-15 yrs old)

9:00am Competitive Race Start

9:30am Fun Class Start

10:30am Kid’s race (up to 11 years old) No Charge. Race day registration only.

Prizes: 1st and 2nd place- Run & Ride T-shirt for first 150 entrants

To register, stop by Skinny Skis at 65 West Deloney Ave, off of Town Square.  Pre-registration is $20 per participant before 3pm Friday, June 2, 2017.  Race day registration is $25 per participant between 7:30am-8:30am at the Wilson School.
